Pen : Hey! Why so blank today?

Paper : Nothing!

Pen : Please! Tell me?

Paper : Why would you care?

Pen : Why wouldn’t I?

Paper : Well, if you would, I wouldn’t be so blank today. 

Pen : I was busy! I am sorry!

Paper : You weren’t busy, you were lazy! Or rather I would just say that you are a coward, ‘What will people think, Am I good at this? All this self doubt is killing our relationship. 

Pen : Alright! Fine! This was going to be a surprise for you, but I guess you are just a buzzkill! I had this all planned. I was going to write the longest story with you. I agree, I was taking time, but it had to be the most beautiful one. 

Paper : ‘You were going to’ I would have been happier if you would have just started earlier. Your words are just mere words till you put them on me. 

Pen : Just believe in me. I Mr. Parker, promises today, that I will pen down a best seller and I need you to walk with me, hand in hand. Ms. Cagie, Will you marry me?

Paper : Oh my God! Yes!

Pen : Yes! I did it! And you better not ruin my surprises, now that you are mine, there’ll be many more!


Paper : *Slyly blushing* I promise I won’t.

Shedding some light and weight

I have gotten comfortable in my own skin.  Is it good or bad? I will never know.  I have bruises and scars that will always show.  But to me, they are stories which a few will know.  I have gotten comfortable in my own skin Well, that’s too much of skin looking at my double chin.  Do I want to shed this or should I keep it?  Oh, wait! I will shed who would want to keep the extra weight. I am a tad bit more confident than I used to be, Wasn’t this someone I always wanted to be?  There are layers of skin, which I want to keep,  Well, at least that is a step which is steep. I have gotten too comfortable in my own skin, Is it good or bad? I ask while holding a glass of gin.  My choices, my experiences, the lessons I learn, Will they be the same as warned by my elders?
